Britt is a certified Yoga Teacher for Yoga Alliance and trained in Reiki Level 1 (by Natalie). She teaches Vinyasa, Pilates, Hatha, and All Level Flow in Nicaragua, where she lives and works full-time for 8 months of the year, running Flow With Britt Retreats on the coast. The other four months of the year, you can find Britt in France, where she teaches yoga at a mountain ski resort and hosts winter retreats.
Britt’s classes are all about mindfulness, deep breathing, stretching, strengthening, and body awareness. She guides students to move with intention, soften tension, and connect more deeply – mentally, physically, and energetically.
Britt traveled around the world for over 10 years, working, volunteering, and immersing herself in courses on health, nutrition, yoga, massage, and sustainable living. She now commits to her yoga practice on and off the mat every single day, as both teacher and student. She remains curious, open, and always willing to step out of her comfort zone, embodying an active, fun, healthy, and simple lifestyle.
She has completed training and courses in India, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, France, Vanuatu, and Nicaragua. Because of her diverse background and experiences, Britt brings in multiple yoga styles and cultural influences, making each class unique and enriching.
Her intention is not just to lead a yoga class, but to facilitate a complete mind–body experience. You will leave her classes feeling refreshed, open, strong, and more at ease.
