REIKI LEVEL 1

You’re signing up for a very sacred inner journey and I feel honoured to be your guide.

The online course dates and time:

• 22 – 25 April 2025
• 10:30am – 1pm Central Time (CST) check your time zone
• 2.5hr per session

Below I offer guidelines for the sessions, as well as how to prepare yourself for the course & attunement:

Important: You will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement which opens you up as a channel for divine universal light.

Attunements are done in group – live or through the recording.

If you would like a private attunement with Natalie, you can request this: $44

After your attunement you may experience a 21 day cleanse. The chakras start to detoxify and with this you may become more sensitive and aware of what your body needs.

Therefore I suggest that 3 – 5 days before the course:

• Reduce alcohol intake
• Eat foods that make you feel great like fruits and vegetables
• Drink lots of water, stay hydrated
• Laugh, smile and be
• Take moments of stillness

During the course:

When we meet online, we will be meditating, connecting and growing through theory and practical.

We will be meeting through Zoom for the live sessions. They will all be recorded incase you can’t attend the live sessions. I’ll send you the link closer to the time. You may want to use headphones or a speaker so that you can hear me and the music clearly.

FOR THE 2.5hr SESSIONS:

• Create a quiet sacred space. If you have any candles, crystals or incense, bring them into your sacred space.
• Notebook and pen.
• I will be emailing you your Reiki manual. You are welcome to print it out or look at it on your computer.
• There will be a WhatsApp group where we can share, ask questions and be supported.
